1. Processing Time
Because our charms and accessories are carefully handcrafted with love and attention to detail, please allow:
- Standard Items: 3–5 business days for processing before shipment.
- Please note: We do not ship orders on weekends or major holidays.
2. Shipping Estimates & Delivery Timeline
We ship worldwide from Bangkok, Thailand. Once your package is handed over to the courier, estimated delivery times to the United States (USA) and worldwide are generally:
- Standard International Shipping: 10-20 business days.
3. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Dollette’s Diary is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (including tariffs, import duties, VAT, or local taxes) are the sole responsibility of the customer.
4. Damages & Lost Packages
Once an order is shipped, responsibility is transferred to the shipping carrier. Dollette’s Diary is not liable for any products damaged or lost during transit. If you received your order damaged, please document it with a video immediately and refer to our Return & Refund Policy.
