Eligibility & Requirements
To be eligible for a return or replacement, please ensure your request meets these guidelines:
- The Essential Unboxing Video: You must provide a clear, unedited video recording that starts before the package is opened (showing the sealed shipping label) until the item is fully unpacked and the defect is clearly visible.
- The 7-Day Window: You must contact us within 7 days from the delivery date indicated by the tracking system.
- Original Condition: Items must be returned in their original, unused condition, with all original packaging intact.
Please Note: To protect our small business, we strictly cannot accept any requests without a valid unboxing video or those submitted after the 7-day period.
How to Request a Return
If your order arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, please reach out to us:

- Review Process: Once we receive your request, we will review it within 2-3 business days. If the error is on our part, we will gladly cover all return shipping expenses.
Order Cancellations
- Orders may only be cancelled before they are packed and shipped.
- Cancellations due to personal reasons will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Dollette’s Diary reserves the right to decline any cancellation request once an order has been processed.
